I found a great 16 inch rim off a Ford Econoline van that bolts on a has a center area that will accept the Chevy 3/4 ton hub caps. This has been an ongoing problem and it does not appear that GM had a wheel that you are wanting.
I also thought about knocking the centers out of the old split rims and having them welded to a modern outer rim but after finding these 16 inchers gave up on that idea.
