This is my first time with a dually. I have a '55 6400 2nd series truck. I have 5 studs on the rear wheel hubs. I have 10-hole rims that are hub piloted.
I have seen setups where there is an inner lug nut on the first rim and then an outer lug nut on the second rim. However, the second rim had larger mounting holes.
All my rims have the same size mounting holes (~5/8" diam.). Do I mount both rims and then use one lugnut? What am I missing? What kind of lugnut do I use? Plain nut, with a flange?
