I am building a '56 Chevy 1/2 tn driver--261, 3 spd OD, posi rear, 2" drop leafs. Would like to replace existing seat with a more comfortable bench. No buckets. Have dog and grandbaby. Wife's request.
Don't want something that has high back. My opinion--don't look quite right in old truck. Original backrest is 30" high, seat is 14" high and 57" wide. Original column ad steering wheel. Have been looking at Ranger and S-10 seats. Any suggestions?
