Don't quote me on this, but I believe the GMC radiator sits perpendicular to the framrails where the Chev rad is canted back slightly. This may create a problem getting the inner/outer fenders and the hood latch plate to meet the rad support at the right place.

If you're planning an engine swap, you'll likely need more cooling capacity, so that may end up a non-issue after the new rad is installed.
