When I approach the after-market vendors with my query on the links I need, they more or less respond to me as if to say, 'You don't know what you are talking about' or 'The previous owner put the wrong parts on.' The deal is, my dad bought the truck new and it has been in my ownership over 47 years so I know this truck very well. I'm glad you are savvy and understand.
