I am installing some carpeting in my 53 3600--on the floor as well as the kick panels, firewall, under the seat and behind it where the fuel tank used to be. Does anyone have ideas about how to prevent the edge of the carpet from unraveling without sewing an edge binding to it? Also, I am thinking of attaching the carpeting behind the seat with the use of Velcro instead of screws and finish washers. Has anyone had success with this approach?
