in my 46 1/2 ton I removed the 216 splash motor and went with a 1956 235 6 cylinder and bored it .30 over and bought a new 848 hi performance head with a big cam and a clifford dual 2 barrel setup and I now have as much horsepower as a stock v-8 coupled with a t-5 tranny and a chevy nova rear i have already given a couple guys a run for they're money
