The wood floor option on Fleetsides ran all the way up to '87, Stepsides were wood only, but prior to '67, wood only.
The chrome grille and bumpers could not only be had on any pickup, but were also separate options. So one could easily have a truck with a chrome grille and painted bumpers, or vice-versa.
