Corlar is a vrry high quality epoxy primer used in the fleet industry. It is VERY tough stuff. But I would not trust that it is in good condition. You are putting WAY too much work and money into your truck to "save" a hundred bucks or so by using that gallon of ? who knows what.
Start from scratch and buy what ever you need and leave the gambling to your trip to Atlantic City.
