| | | | Joined: Dec 2000 Posts: 3,399 Gas Pumper | | Gas Pumper Joined: Dec 2000 Posts: 3,399 | If you can see the flywheel, check to see if you have 4 teeth per inch (139 tooth SIX VOLT Flywheel), or a 5 teeth per inch 168 tooth (12 Volt) flywheel. You can drop the access pan underneath to verify. The starters are not interchangeable so its a very good idea to know for sure which one you have.
