I can understand why you are asking the question. You want to make sure that the pressure plate is balance with the flywheel...
If your pressure plate and flywheel were balance I would certainly hope that they were done independently from one another. It would be very rotten of someone to do them together.
I would reinstall and not give it a second thought.
