No concerns whatsoever. The water pump adapter is a good idea, other than that, they run exactly the same. Pistons are larger diameter, thus so are the rings, but tolerances between it all is the same, so no worries. Once you get over .080, it's either time to start thinking sleeves or a replacement block. The replacement pistons are aluminum.
