With a 4.11, I'd definitely go with .78 or better. On the outside chance you ever want to bump it up to 70mph (in California that's the slow lane), with 30" tire and .72, that'll get you around 2,300 which would be nice.
A .86 would be decent with a 3.73 rear, about 2,500 rpm.
