When I built the rotisserie for the 240Z I incorporated a small derrick in each one to use this winch to hoist the end of the body in the air to attach to the stands. Worked well.
I have used this winch for years to hoist parts up to the second floor of my garage. I built a small deck with swing out gates in front of the sliding patio doors and added a pretty beefy derrick that uses this winch. Very happy with it and the remote control is excellent.
I'm in the process of building a dock lifting system at the cottage that will use this winch as well to aid in the launching of them.
