I managed to obtain one of those double action fuel pumps, the ones that have the vacume pump in addition to the fuel pump, for my '54, just so my wipers will work consistantly. My question is how does the vacume line hook up? Of course there was no instructions included with it and my assembly manual, (which I now can't find...must be in the garage) only says that a line comes from the manafold and the other goes to the wiper motor. This seems pertty basic but just so I don't mess it up I want to confirm that this means that the vacume line coming from the manafold that normally goes stright to the wiper motor will now run to the vacume pump on the DA fuel pump and then a line from the DA fuel pump to the wiper motor? Thanks for the help!
