Under the bondo is there a hole or did they fill in a dent?? If it were me I dont care for alot of bondo.If it is a dent,get rid of all the bondo and fix the dent and then use a fine layer to smooth, if it is a hole definately get the bondo out and repair by welding a patch panel in the hole.Bondo doesnt protect metal from rust and instead of having problems later on fix it right this time.Plus I always take a magnet to a car to see how much plastic someone has added to fool someone else. Just my opinion. hope it helps your decision.
