To clarify your stating the RPM increase when driving only (engine and power train under load), when in in neutral and clutch depressed no change is noted.
What is the RPM change and is it consistent value.
Have you examined your motor mounts? Take a close look here for cracked and broken.
Have you examined the clutch and throttle linkage while some one operated the clutch pedal?
