| | | | Joined: Jan 2001 Posts: 5,337 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jan 2001 Posts: 5,337 | Using a 1938-47 truck bellhousing will allow you to use the original trans and clutch/brake mount. Using a later bellhousing opens a can of worms.
Timing plate will most likely need drilling for front mount.
Water pump will need attention.
