Hy Santa Cruz, welcome, there are newer tubeless wheels that you can transfer your hubcap clips to that will enable you to use your new shiny hub caps. The thing you have to be careful about is the backset of the wheel, finding wheels that will clear your tie rods can be tricky, I built an early 50s one ton pickup years ago, the owner found some F@#d wheels which fit and cleared the tie rods, hope that helps.
