Newbie to the site. Been a long time fan of the 47-55 Chev/GMC trucks. This particular truck was bought by my father in 1978 after I begged him to go look at it. The engine was seized and after a lot of towing and clutch popping she broke loose. That engine lasted about 15 more years of driving. It then sat a couple years until my father tore it apart and went through a 10-12yr complete rebuild. It's been finished for 6yrs and now sits in my shop and gets driven driven now with my son in the passenger seat with both of us enjoying every moment.
The truck is a 1952 Chev 5 window with all the chrome minus the fender accents.
