Thanks Fellas. Today blasted the fan, the paint and primer for a 2x2 both sides at 80 psi w/alum oxide would be less than a minute. What takes time is the deep imbedded, I think of it as microrust (I don't think that is a real term, but should be), that is very fine and darn hard to clean. That stuff takes another 2-3 minutes to get down to bare metal.

Also, how do you guys know when it is time to change the nozzle.
