Rusty46 Shop Shark R Joined: Nov 2001 Posts: 481 Western Washington	Hi SEPPI, I looked at my disassembled latch today. I didn't have a key for my lock like Dunfire above. I removed the 1/4 inch wide spring clip on the latch mechanism and the latch came out so I could remove the mounting nut.
