| | | | Joined: Mar 2004 Posts: 6,214 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Mar 2004 Posts: 6,214 | The amprage goes UP as the voltage goes DOWN...so using a 12 volt switch on a 6 volt motor is a bad thing. Your new switch may be rated at 15 amps and your 6v motor may be pulling 20 amps or more which would be a fire hazard. Mike B  | | |
