I am a cheap-and-easy guy.
I have used this "dolly" (actually, two dollies) with two cabs (1954 Chev/GMC):
Two pieces of 3'-4' long 6"x6" rough-cut (cheap) lumber (no more than the length of the cab bottom) (I had scrap pieces on-hand - 4x4 would probably do the job)
4 metal wheels (with swivels) from Harbor Freight (cheap)
Screw/bolt two wheels to the bottom of each of the 6x6s (4x4s)
Place the rolling 6x6s under the cab (with the front of each 6x6 under the frame-mount bolt hole). Lag-bolt the cab to each 6x6.
If there are no cab-mount attachment holes in your cab, ignore this suggestion (you did not post the year - maybe 1959 or 1936?)
Some people impress their friends with impressive/expensive (time & $$) devices - I impress my friends with good-working solutions that are cheap-and-easy (and safe).
