I wouldn't paint the underside before I took it to a painter. Unless he does a very good job of taping off the underside to prevent overspray, you will have overspray on you new underside paint.
Ask me how I know this. I painted the under side of my cab first and forgot to tape it off. Now have some overspray on the bottom I need to take care of.
