Woah! Bonus! Digging through the box-o-parts that the previous owner gave me, I found two S-shaped pieces that look like they are the parking brake levers. They have the eccentric bolts on them, and look like they're ready to install! I'm going back in tomorrow to see if that's all I need, but I may have caught a break!
