I want to get my 68 schoolbus on the road quickly and cheaply, but it was vandalized at the previous owner's storage yard, and needs an antire windshield and a few windows. Would it be feasible/legal (in PA) to use plexiglass for the windshield? I have a friend who works at hardware store who can cut me the pieces for cheap if I use plexiglass, so it would save me money over actual automotive glass. I know it scratches easily, but it would be long-term temporary.
