I have a 235 engine but used as many parts from the 216 as possible, including the 216 damper with the crank lugs on it. I had it rebuilt by the previously mentioned Damper Dudes. They happen to be local and as I walked in the door with my old damper, only halfway to the counter the Dude says Chevy 216. I knew I was in the right place. Finished product was like new.
