It uses a 6 inch Lazy Susan bearing assembly for each one so they spin effortlessly. I have been unable to find a better way to paint all 5 wheels at once. By doing it in two steps there are no bare areas to contend with. Until they bring Mag-Lev technology to the restorer, this is really the best I can think of.
