A '54 Chevy grille is uncommon, but not a total nightmare to find. Panels, Suburbans, CEs, GMCs - they can be REAL fun to work on. Try finding '54 GMC parts. The repop guys just don't like us GMC lovers very much.
If I had a light-duty '54 Chevy grille I'd be happy to help you out, but the only one I have is for a medium-duty truck. The whole thing is bigger.
Real trucks have (slightly) curved windshields!
