| | | | Joined: Feb 2015 Posts: 14 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Feb 2015 Posts: 14 | Starting hearing a grinding noise in the tranny of my 45 1/2 ton?? Noticed it only in 1st and 3 rd. I've parked it, but never been into the tranny, so I'm shut down until the problem is solved. It is a horrible loud grinding type sound. Sounds like metal grinding on metal. Does'nt happen in 1st or R. Need help in a bad kinda way!! PLEASE!
