Don't know if you still need the info or not, but I got my tank cleaned out at a rad shop, they coated the inside and sprayed the outside and checked for leaks. This all cost me $90, now I don't know if the labour rates would be cheaper in the states (note: the u in labour is correct for us Canucks) but I figured that price was way better than getting a repro tank at 400 bucks or so. Be sure you call around first, as between different rad places it went from 90-180, and I had heard good things about the $90 place so I went with them for rep and price.
