I bought a kit from http://inlinetube.com/ . I think it is the same thing Eastwood sells. I hardly ever buy from Eastwood because most of their stuff isn't what they claim it to be. If theirs is the same thing, and I think it is, it is the only way to make flares. I also bought the kit to make 37° flares. The whole thing cost $300, but it makes the other flaring kits I have look like junk.
