Am I missing something? Steering wheel has been off and on loads during rebuild, you know what it's like, has nearly all new components, I never bothered to install the Horn Contact Spring/Bushing (new item) until we were ready to get back on the road. Now the horn button seems floppy and sounds off at every little bump. Always worked perfect before.
