| | | | Joined: Apr 2004 Posts: 29 Junior Member | | Junior Member Joined: Apr 2004 Posts: 29 | Hi all, I have a 1966 short bed stepside that I am repainting. I have the bed apart and mostly painted and had a reassembly question.
What should I put between the sides of the bed and the fender flares? I have some 'fender welt' from Chevy duty. The profile is a circle with a tab of rubber coming out of it? how should that be aligned witht the fender? Or do most people not even bother.
