It,s about as simple a carb as is out there. Make shure there is an inline filter going into the carb. Most flooding is caused by foriegn particle in the needle & seat. Shake the float when you get it off to make shure it hasn,t got gas in it.  They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though.
