"personal preference", dealer options, 60 plus years of change,use and abuse. My original (which I believe was original) had primer over it and was chrome underneath. A new chrome repo's is all chrome and most are not correct or fit well and carries a large price tag. I'm unsure if I will paint body color or leave chrome. I will paint the lettering and lines with red One Shot. I kinda like the all chrome look however I need to finish up and get on the road first.
