I've gotten that stuff from the Kragen/Schucks/Checker empire before. You need to go to one of their main stores and hunt around a bit. The regular stores can get it for you within a couple of days - talk to someone in the store with a brain though. You can also go to stores that stock a good supply of spray can paint and usually find it. I've even seen it in Walmart. Talk to local paint stores, they can tell you who has a good/diverse supply of spray can paint.
