Hy Tango, the seal I found is actually a felt encased in metal the dimensions are I.D 2.063 (2 1/16"), O.D. 3.154, thickness .25 (1/4") part number is National 5756, there was an old C/R part number 20669 that was a rubber lip seal, but it may have been discontinued, hope that helps.
