For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Apr 2012 Posts: 38 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Apr 2012 Posts: 38 | Gentleman, I have a 41 - 1/2 Pickup and I have begun working on the steering linkage. Does anyone know if the Drag Link Studs are pressed in? I do not see any welding but I cannot get them out. Also does the arm that is attached to the wheel back plate (with the studs in it) come off? I have taken off the nuts and tried to take out the bolts but they do no turn even with an impact gun and no luck.
Any Help is Appreciated.
