Bartamos response makes a lot of sense
A question for you & everyone perusing this topic: an individual showed me his beautiful (Canadian assembled) '61 Apache 10 short box Fleetside recently and declared that the only option that was ordered new was a cigar lighter.
To the best of my recollection a cigar lighter was included even in the most basic cabs in 1961. Anyone?
