Just some tips on doing it. Clean the doors real good with a solvent that wont hurt the paint(enamal reducer or wax remover) Pick a color glue that the truck is close to.Like yellow on light colored trucks black on dark colored trucks. I use black on them all(can i say 3m or will the swap cops be [censored]???) it seems to hold better. First i put the weather strip glue on both surfaces (maybe lay it out first and use pencil on the doors so you know were to glue) Let both surfaces set for about 15 min .Now install the weather stripping.Clean up all the edges with a light solvent(i like the 3m sticker remover,boy the swap cops are gonna be real [censored]) Close the doors and walk away till the next day.has worked for me. Just try to do the clean up right away.A little bit of polish here and there will clean up any real messes you make.Just dont get the polish on your new stripping. I glue all of them even if they have the snaps.
