I would not assume every AD truck from 47 to 53 had brown interior paint. But who knows

I have been following this thread but haven't posted until now. I was wondering some of the same things about the interior paint from Carter. I went ahead and finished painting my interior with the brown. Like I have said now that it is done I'm not going to redo it. For what it is worth here is some pictures of my cab and doors. Like the other post mine actually looks silver in the pictures except for the one of the door access cover I took outside. It is for sure a brown. Hope this helps the OP some.
