The Toyota box (84-87 4X4)is compact and has the same number of turns as the stock box. The sector shaft also comes out the side as does the stock box. The metric issue can be easily overcome by any hose shop. I installed one in my 56 in 2000 and it has many trouble free miles. It came as a kit which included a mounting bracket, drag link, coupler, steering box, bolts, and hoses for the GM pump. I modified the stock column. The current price for the kit probably about $700 not including the pump, pump brackets, & pulley. I did not purchase mine from CPP.
