See how the hole gets bigger so when you push the eyelet forward it will release itself off of the wiper motor stud. Don't worry about breaking the spring (you probably won't) but if you do, you can get a new spring retainer for cheap from a parts vender. http://www.americanclassic.com/images/WW107.JPGBrian
