I just took a look at one of my mixing cups, to get a 15 to 1 ratio you can use the 8 to 1 scale on the cup.
The first column on that scale is for your first ingredient.
The second column is for the second ingredient.
To get a 15 to 1, you want to double up on the first ingredient.
So if you double up the first ingredient on the 8 to 1 scale, that makes it a 16 to one.
That would mean pour to the second line up from the bottom on the first ingredient, then on the second ingredient, pour to the first line up from the bottom.
That makes a 16 to 1 ratio.
To get a 15 to 1 , pour the first ingredient just below the second line up.
If you need more, just double up on what you just did.
I use the quart cups, you can also use the smaller cups with the same numbers on them, they just make smaller amounts.
