Hi Guys
First of all I want to thank you people for putting my panel truck up on your galley page I was quite surprised to see it there. I was planning on writing up a bit of the story about this panel truck. It has been a lot of fun and has generated a lot of interest around home here since I have acquired it. Second of all I want thank Jeff and Jim for all their information regarding this brake problem of mine. I tried to find that ford master cylinder up here in Canada but parts suppliers had no success they said it was obsolete?? So I went with the aftermarket corvette one that Jeff had talked about. It did have the ports on both sides so that made it much easier for me. Also I stayed with the 48 bell housing, I just didn't want to back track. So I made my own mounting bracket for that dual master cylinder to incorporated both clutch and brake peddles. It was a big job (lots) of measuring but turned out just fine. It is a bit on the beefy side but I am quite happy with it. I have some pictures if anybody is interested and I did make up some rough drawings but keep in mind this is quite a project in it's self.
