Thanks for the confirmation. Its true that it doesn't look showroom perfect, but i would not hesitate to jump into it and make a cross country trip if the need was really there. Really the only thing that it really needs at the moment is a windshield and windshield frame. There was a tomcat in the 80's that had to mark the windshield every time it was in the barn, and no one at the time figured on his impact on the frame, and the cracked glass was a result of a brake failure at the cattle auction barn sometime in the '60s. Ran through a fence and a tree limb impacted the glass. The current body paint is about 20 years old. The paint on the sideboards came from the factory.
