Well folks I am of the old school of oxy/ace welding and brazing school. I never needed a skinkin mig welder!! Ha I finally thought I would buy me a little miller for $200 Bucks and decided if I didnt like it I wouldnt be out much.I also hate bondo with a passion and have stated so numerous times on here. Well I recently found another 54 and the rear bed panel looked better then the one I had, so I wired brushed it found a couple of rusted through places and said huh let me test this mig on this. so after removing the rusted area, I wound up with a 4" long by 2" wide hole. I started circling the outside on low temp and slow speed filling in the hole. 30 minutes later filled in ground down and spot putty covering for smothing. Ok I am sold on the new way of life. No laughin you old timers
