It is very hard to offer an opinion based on a description alone. Whoever you choose to do the frame inspection will have his own points that he/she looks for, it might be better to just take the frame to him/her and get his/her recommendations. It is possible to make a frame too stiff in one area and transfer stress to another area not able to handle the stress, hope that helps. | | |
